By incorporating\u00a0<em>aesthetics\u00a0<\/em>with learning, they are making the pursuit of learning fun and interesting. Therefore, it mostly gets inspiration from the <i>medieval<\/i>\u00a0(middle ages) art and literature. For instance, <i>unhealthy sleeping patterns, eating disorders, excessive intake of coffee, <\/i>etc are linked with dark academics.<\/p>\n<h2>Light Academia<\/h2>\n<p>In comparison with Dark Academia, the light academia may not appear so different at first. However, the light toned colour palettes help to draw the much needed comparison. Moreover, light academia focuses on the positive emotions associated with the pursuit of knowledge. \u00a0The dark academia talks about death and destruction. Whereas, light academia centres around optimism, sensitivity, joy, gratitude, friendship, motivation, and happy endings.
