Sure, readers know your book exists (or is about to!), but isn’t it important to keep their attention grasped? That is what this stage is designed to do. Through a themed activity, an engaging contest, or the release of the book cover, hype is generated. The audience not only keeps getting reminded of the book, but also becomes a part of it. Furthermore, the author’s journey is highlighted, which creates a relationship between them and the reader. The author is encouraged to share their personal story, walking the audience through their process, along with a photo of themselves holding their book. To top this all off, we post a book blurb bound to keep eyes hooked, as well as a thrilling promotionl video.

Book Release

Perhaps the most vital and exciting stage our Book Marketing Plan has is the book release. During this phase, the book release date is announced the book is released on Daastan’s digital portal ‘Qissa,’ and we begin taking pre-orders. To target an even wider audience and to get readers acclimated to the integrity of the book, copies of the book are sent to bookstagrammers as PR, so they can provide honest reviews.


Post Book Release

In order to help boost sales, thematic posters of the book are released. Not only this, but
giveaway is arranged so more and more people feel eager at the possibility of
receiving the book. The audience also gets to know the author through a live session via
social media and a detailed interview on the blog in which the marketing campaign is
also covered. And with this, the hundred days of the marketing plan come to an end.
